If you don’t have a recent photo of the entire family together, you can send multiple images which I can merge to create the desired illustration. A high quality, front-facing image is preferred whenever possible. ♡ I will select the most suitable color background for your illustration. However, if you have a specific color preference, please provide the corresponding hex number. If you have a scenic background (natural landscapes i.e. trees, bushes, bodies of water, etc), these would be considered an “intricate pattern”; however, please contact me to confirm the quality or intricacy of your image(s) before placing an order. ♡ The timeframe for completing illustrations is influenced by a few factors, such as the level of complexity, my workload, and the number of orders I have. As a stay-at-home mom of two toddlers, I kindly request a lead time of 7-10 business days. However, on average, it typically takes me 4-5 days to finish a piece. ♡ Digital Download: Once the illustration is finalized, it will be sent to you via email in both PNG and PDF formats, ensuring a high-quality resolution of 300 DPI. You can conveniently download and store these files on your computer or any device of your choice. Select your preferred size from the available options: 4×6, 5×7, or 8.5×11, and kindly specify the size you desire for your illustration.♡ Digital Download 5×7 Print: When choosing this option, you’ll receive an email as mentioned above, along with a 5×7 print sent in the mail. To ensure the prompt arrival of your physical print, kindly double-check the accuracy of your shipping address. Please allow a few days for delivery, which may vary based on your location. ♡ I do not use any photoshop filters or effects, every picture is hand drawn and is a high quality image. The artwork will not contain any watermarks and the colors of the artwork may look different on different devices due to differences in screen settings, color calibration and lighting conditions. Also, these are digital files; therefore, due to the nature of the order, there are no refunds.
