California Sprinkler Inspection Tag The California sprinkler inspection tag has everything you need to make sure the sprinkler system is up to date and in working order. The California Fire Seal has been provided for you on the template. There is a box designated for the service company’s name and information, signatures, inspection schedule, inspection type, and a full calendar for marking inspection dates. At the top of the tag, the words “Do not remove by order of the state fire marshal”, have been added in big bold letters to let people know the tag should stay on the system.
