A bright, citrus forward London Dry-style gin with a delicate herbal complexity. Juniper takes the lead with pine on the nose and sweet zest after. On the palate, leads with bold juniper notes, coriander seed, orris & angelica root lay a solid foundation, layers of spice and warmth from stinging nettle, cassia bark and liquorice. The standout character comes from the trio of citrus herbs: lemon verbena, lemongrass and lemon balm which deliver a fresh zesty lift with layered, aromatic notes.
